"Mood Tile"

Okay, well maybe it doesn't exactly work like a mood ring, but it was the first thing that struck me when I saw this new product. Moving Color has created a glass tile, or rather three, that change colors when exposed to heat, whether it is ambient heat, or hot water. The tiles are appropriately called Northern Lights, Water Color & Tye Dye. The cost? Well, it's one of those situations, "If you have to ask, you can't afford it -- $180 per square foot." An average shower, completely enclosed, 3' x 7' in size, usually has around 100 square feet of tile.

I wonder if you can see the outline of your feet where the warmth of your foot comes into contact with the tile when you step on it? That would be cool. It could keep kids entertained for hours... and maybe a few adults!
